The Giner Family has always been dedicated toward service for others. The importance of family, service to others, compassion, integrity and honesty were key values instilled growing up through Filipino culture with parents in the medical field. After decades of working as an Emergency Room nurse in the Philippines and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Rangi came to the United States and started working with the elderly, and became an Administrator for larger facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. With several years experience as an (RCFE) Administrator, she realized her calling.

In the year 2004, with the help and support of her family and close friends, Rangi moved to Las Vegas and ventured into operating her own group home. The Meadows Home has since maintained a reputation for providing excellent care. In our community - The Meadows Home, residents, family members, our dedicated care providers and staff are treated as family.
